At LaRose, every personalized piece is crafted with care and made specifically for you. Because of this, we have outlined the following guidelines to ensure transparency and fairness.
Customized & Personalized Items
All customized or engraved products are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or cancellations once production has begun.
Please review your personalization details carefully before placing your order, as changes cannot be made after processing.
INCORRECT ADDRESS OR FAILURE TO RECEIVE DELIVERY POLICY
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing your order.
Due to the nature of our products, the cost of return shipping often exceeds the item’s value. In cases where a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failure to receive it on time, the shipping company may dispose of the goods.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that LaRose is not liable for losses or replacements arising from incorrect address input or missed delivery. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring smooth delivery.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.
- If more than 24 hours have passed, or if the order has entered production, cancellations are no longer possible.
- A 10% processing fee may apply for eligible cancellations within the allowed timeframe.
RETURNS
- Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are not accepted for personal reasons, including change of mind, incorrect engraving input, or preference changes.
- Non-customized items (if applicable) may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of delivery, subject to a 30% restocking fee.
